Program

Loyalty Is Dead, Long Live Loyalty.

We know that it costs a lot less to sell to existing customers than acquire new ones—that’s why brands invest in loyalty and rewards programs. But loyalty is a whole business game, not just a program. Perhaps, loyalty is rather about a broader construct, one which, at a fundamental level, is about some very simple and very human things: consistency, value, reliability, and a sense of belonging - the community.

The event will take place via webinar link due to the current situation. We hope to be back with our normal events as soon as possible.
